As the sun peeks over the rolling hills of San Luis Obispo County, I’m already up and preparing for another day as a HVAC technician at Wighton’s. Our family-owned business has been serving the community since 1953, and I’m proud to be part of this legacy.

Morning Briefing

7:30 AM: I arrive at the Wighton’s office, where our team gathers for a quick morning briefing. We discuss the day’s appointments, any urgent calls, and share tips on handling common issues. This camaraderie is what makes Wighton’s feel like a second family.

On the Road

8:00 AM: I hop into my well-stocked service van and head out to my first appointment. Today, I’m scheduled to perform routine maintenance on a long-time customer’s heating system. It’s this kind of preventive care that has built our reputation for reliability over the past 68 years.

Lunchtime Learning

12:00 PM: During my lunch break, I take some time to brush up on the latest HVAC technologies. Wighton’s commitment to quality workmanship means we’re always learning and improving our skills.

Afternoon Adventures

1:00 PM: The afternoon brings a variety of calls:

Before heading home, I make sure my van is restocked and ready for tomorrow’s adventures. Another day of serving the SLO County community comes to a close, and I’m already looking forward to what tomorrow will bring as part of the Wighton’s family.
