Morning Briefing – 6:30 AM
The day starts early at Ferran Services, where our team gathers for the morning briefing. With the Florida weather being as unpredictable as ever, we know we’re in for a busy day of helping homeowners stay comfortable.
First Call – 8:00 AM
Our service vehicle is stocked and ready with all the essential tools and parts. The morning’s first call is a routine AC maintenance check in Winter Park. These preventive services are crucial for keeping systems running efficiently and preventing unexpected breakdowns.
Mid-Morning – 10:30 AM
After completing the maintenance check, we head to an emergency call. A family’s heating system isn’t working properly, and with a cold front moving in, it’s crucial to get their system back up and running.
Afternoon Schedule – 1:00 PM
The afternoon brings a new AC installation project. It’s rewarding to help homeowners upgrade to more efficient systems that will:

Late Afternoon – 4:30 PM
